The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2 01 of 2017 / 229 of 2017, registered under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 35 pieces of Nepali liquor, each containing 375 ML in the wheat field, where petitioner was present.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 13.04.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
