JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. None has seen the actual killing of the deceased, but the informant suspected the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime on the ground that prior to the alleged occurrence, an altercation had taken place between the deceased and brother of the petitioner and after that petitioner had given threatening to the deceased. In course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner in the company of the deceased prior to the alleged occurrence and except the above stated materials, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2812 of 2016 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya P.S.
