Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chanan P.S.Case No.7/2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution story is that the petitioner got his appointment on the basis of forged certificates. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the certificate was examined and the same was found to be genuine and further that there is no case of manipulation in the certificate, moreover the petitioner has already been punished as he has been removed from the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51810 of 2019(2) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 service.
Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the Vigilance, who has opposed the prayer for bail.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S.Case no.7 of 2017 dated 18.1.2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
