The petitioners seek bail in Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. case No. 382 of 2016 under Section 115, 353, 307, 341 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 15(1-a-a), 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The police on information raided Malhipur Diyara and apprehended Ajit Singh @ Shooter and Bihari Mishra @ Vikash Mishra. From their possession arms and ammunitions were recovered. Ajit Singh @ Shooter disclosed the name of the petitioners as the persons who managed to flee away. It appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and similarly situated accused, Amit

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28159 of 2017 (2) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 Kumar, whose name was also disclosed by Ajit Singh @ Shooter and Bihari Mishra has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 18759 of 2017. The petitioners are in jail since 25.10.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Barauni (Chakia) P.S. Case No. 382 of 2016.
