JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Laraiya Tanr P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017, dated 23.12.2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 26, 33 and 41 of the Forest Act and Sections 24, 32 and 38 of the Wild Life Animal Protection Act. Two tractors, which were loaded with stones, were found to be burning. The informant could learnt that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33159 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 the aforesaid vehicles were being used by the petitioners for unauthorized transportation and sale of stone chips. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the source of information to the police is not known and that the petitioners have got no concern at all with the aforesaid vehicles. It has further been submitted that never would the petitioners seek release of the aforesaid vehicles. Considering the aforesaid facts and that the petitioners above named have no criminal antecedent, they are directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Laraiya Town P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017.
