2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 379 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner and the O.P. No.2 have appeared along with their respective counsels. The petitioner has stated that he is totally agreeable to keeping his wife in his house with absolute dignity and honor. He undertakes that he would take care of her personal expenses and if he is working at some place outside the State, he would either try to take his wife along with

4. The marriage of petitioner and his wife had taken place long back and the petitioner and O.P. No.2 have remained married for a long time. The O.P. No.2 is also ready to stay with her husband but the only condition is that he would either keep her at a place where he resides or he would take care of her personal expenses.
5. In view of the matter that it is expected that the husband-petitioner would take his wife along with him and keep her with due dignity and honor and take care of her personal expenses, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-X, Gaya, in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No.189 of 2023 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023 and subject to the further condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation/trial.
