In view of the fact that CD-4 Machine at the ART Centre, in Patna Medical College Hospital Patna has, now, been rectified

Patna High Court CWJC No.5671 of 2015 (6) dt.14-03-2016 and has been running properly with effect from 01.03.2016, this writ petition, which has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the form of Public Interest Litigation, has become infructuous.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, while disposing of the Public Interest Litigation, as having become infructuous, we hereby direct the respondents, particularly, respondent Nos. 7 and 8, namely, Project Director, Bihar State AIDS Control Society, Sheikhpura, Patna, and In-Charge, Anti Retroviral Therapy (ART) Centre, PMCH, Patna, respectively, that any defect, which may appear, in future, in running the abovementioned Machine, shall be attended to, and be rectified, expeditiously.

With the above observations and directions, this Public Interest Litigation shall stand disposed of.
