Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. An FIR being Rudrapur P.S. Case No.53/2021 (G.R. No.824/2021) was lodged on 16.05.2021 under Section 324,307,458,382,511 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1b), 26, 26 Arms Act. The allegation in the FIR is that in the night of 15.05.2021, as there was shout of presence of thief in the village, the informant along with other villagers also tried to chase the accused who however, opened fire hitting in his stomach and leg, as a result whereof he was injured. Meanwhile, the other villagers were able to caught hold of the accused person who happened to be the petitioner herein. In this case case diary and criminal antecedent report

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65561 of 2021(5) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 of the petitioner was called for.

Taking into account the fact that multiple criminal cases are lodged against this petitioner ranging from Sections 324/307/380/457 as also 397/395 and some sections of the Explosive Act, this Court is not inclined to grant him privilege of bail which is hereby rejected.

The Trial court is directed to expedite the Trial and conclude the same at an earliest.

Before parting the concerned Superintendent of Police, Madhubani is required to look into the number of criminal cases that has been lodged against the petitioner herein and take appropriate steps accordingly.
