The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 registered under Sections 414 and 120-B IPC.

The accusation is that on receiving secret information about dealing of stolen motorcycle by the miscreants near Shahu Misthan Bhandar, police apprehended three persons along with two stolen motorcycles.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that one of the alleged motorcycles belongs to the petitioner and he has no concern with another motorcycle. He has
