The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 678/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 149, 342, 323, 332, 353, 109, 186, 189 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

The S.H.O. of Buxar (Town) Police Station alleged that he got information that one Binod Kushwaha was shot dead and hundreds of villagers had assembled on the road with the dead body of Binod Kushwaha. They have blocked the road raising slogans against the police and burnt tyre. When the police went there, the mob started pelting stones on the police force. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.
