One loaded country-made pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 01-09-2015. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Pushpendra Kumar Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai.'
