JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first informant report but the informant came to know about the name of petitioners from one Tripurari Sah, who claimed that he had seen the deceased in company of the petitioners, prior to the alleged occurrence and it appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioners, who are languishing in jail custody since long without having any criminal antecedent.
Moreover, the investigation against petitioners has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
