The petitioner, husband of the deceased, and in custody only since 4.12.2015 in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under section 304 (B) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no external injury found on the person of the deceased. He further submits that information regarding death was already communicated to the informant and entire family members have been implicated.

Besides hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I

In view of the facts and circumstances, particularly the fact that marriage was solemnized only about four months back from the date of occurrence and death was unnatural, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner.

The petition stands dismissed.
