Petitioner has worked very hard to create evidence by even approaching the Lok Adalat, which has granted partition within the family. Where from the Lok Adalat derives this power is not understood by this Court but then all this exercise has been done by the petitioner to overcome the provisions provided in the guidelines with regard to holder of post of a public representative vis-à-vis relations who are prohibited from being selected as Anganbari Sevika.
2. Writ has no merit. It is dismissed especially when relationship is not denied.
