The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Amnour P. S. Case No. 93 of 2017 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Considering the submission that co-accused Narendra Singh @ Narendra Kumar Singh having identical allegation to that of the petitioner has already been granted prearrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16706 of 2018, in the event
