Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid material and some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.27 of 2015.
