2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khusharupur P.S. Case No. 481 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307/34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted Batoran.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the injury sustained by the victim Batoran is simple in nature. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant had assisted the learned APP for the State and has submitted that the victim has been treated in PMCH, Patna and the injury report of PMCH, Patna is still awaited and therefore the petitioner may not be granted bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna/ concerned Court below in connection with Khusharupur P.S. Case No. 481 of 2023.
