9, The Gammon India Limited, has made averment that the petitioner is the brother of Manoj Kumar Rai who was a labourer with Gammon India Limited and this petition has been filed not in public interest, but with mala fide intention. Respondent National Highway Authority of India has also filed similar objection in the matter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13368 of 2014 (10) dt.03-08-2017 2/2 the matter and proceed against the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner made a prayer to withdraw the petition.
