Petitioner, is in jail custody since 15.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C in which she denied the story of kidnapping and stated that she as well as other two girls went Surat on their own sweet will and it was the petitioner who gave them shelter and subsequently dropped them at their village.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5616 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha West Champaran in connection with Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015.
