Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 02.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
No doubt, deceased died within one year of her marriage in other than natural circumstances and there is allegation of torturing as well as illegal demand but taking note of this fact that cause of death was shown as asphyxia due to strangulation by rope and no other injuries were found on the person of the deceased, let the petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3266 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015.
