The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No.70 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The informant raised suspicion against the 5 F.I.R. named accused regarding the theft of his generator in the night of 27.04.2017. In course of investigation, on 22.06.2017, the informant gave his further statement to the effect that the vehicle of the petitioner was used in carrying his generator and also gave the written statement in that regard, which are detailed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29266 of 2018(2) dt.14-05-2018 2/2 in paragraphs-44 and 66 of the case diary. Except that, nothing has come against the petitioner in course of investigation. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No.70 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
