Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 5.7.2015 in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that husband of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 7.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no.34308/2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prakash, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai/ concerned court in Dandari P.S.
