In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is being finally disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he confines his prayer with respect to the benefits for the period 09.08.1999 to 14.11.2000 in respect of the grant of Assured Career Progression to the petitioner under order dated 17.01.2007 bearing Memo No 139 issued under the signature of the Director, Science

Patna High Court CWJC No.815 of 2015 (8) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 and Technology Department, Government of Bihar which is Annexure 5 to the writ petition. The counter affidavit is silent in respect of the said claim.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation for the said benefits before respondent No 4 within two weeks. In case such representation is filed, respondent No 4 will be obliged to consider the same and dispose it of by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and if any dues are found admissible to the petitioner, the same should be paid.
