2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 243 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2023 and there is recovery of 45 litres of country made liquor from his possession and he has clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is
