2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 307, 384, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he sexually assaulted and molested the daughter of informant and when informant went to complain, he was also assaulted with knife, as a result of which, he sustained injury.

4. Considering the accusation and gravity of offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
