2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner, admittedly, is an employee of a private institution, the remedy sought by her before this Court by way of filing of a writ application either with regard to order of her suspension or the consequential action by which someone being authorized to work in her place for the purpose of receiving forms and fees by the Bihar School Examination Board, cannot be gone into in this writ application in view of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Santosh Kumar vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.

3. When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to pursue remedy before any other appropriate forum including the Tribunal.

4. That being so, this writ application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Sujit/- U
