Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Liquor was recovered from the field side, however, petitioner was seen fleeing from there. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 14.07.2019.
Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53597 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 connection with Atari Police Station Case No.302 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
