This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Amdabad P.S. Case No.157 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 420, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

As per the F.I.R. the petitioner made the informant's obscene video through video calling and subsequently, it has been made viral by the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2023. He has clean antecedent.

Considering aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56141 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 nine months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar, in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No.157 of 2023.
