Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naugachhiya Mahila P.S. Case No. 40 of 2016 registered under Sections- 376, 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Person against whom specific allegations have been levelled has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 06.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 321 of 2017. Petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
