Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hajipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 4 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 494, 504,506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the petitioner is maintaining the opposite party no. 2, his son and son's family monetarily and she is also residing at his house. He has stated that he is spending more than twenty thousand rupees on the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54897 of 2022(5) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 opposite party no. 2 as per para 4, 5 and 6 of the 2'nd supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 4 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
