Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 409, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused namely Manoj Kumar Pandit has been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 25.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22927 of 2018 (Annexure-3).
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
