The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 221 of 2022 registered under Sections 323, 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of entire records, it is apparent that this is a case of suicidal death. Further he submits that there is a family dispute regarding partition. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
