The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023 registered under Sections 376of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act lodged on 06.02.2023 by the informant, Pramila Kumari.

As per the prosecution story, the allegation is against the petitioner of using the basement of his tuition place to sexually exploit the girls.

Considering the kind of allegation that has come against the petitioner, for the present, this Court is not
