The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case no. 162 of 2016, registered under Sections 323, 342, 504, 506, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant Asha Bharti received information about illness of her daughter Nita Bharti then she went to the matrimonial house of her daughter and found the in-laws of her daughter sitting on the roof. When informant made query about her daughter then she was replied that her daughter is in the room and thereafter she went in the room and found her daughter dead, when informant want

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28939 of 2018(2) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 to move from there, then she was restrained and abused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and she has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Moreover, the husband of the deceased was apprehended by the Police, but latter on he has been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is lady and she has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 162 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
