After some arguments, in view of the order having been passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority'), the Court deems it appropriate that the State Appellate Authority being functional and before whom the appeal of such order lies is

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 22.02.2013, passed by the Authority in Appeal Case No. 1624 of 2012.

4. If such an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority, within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
