JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-07-2018 In view of statements made in para. 8 and 9 of the interlocutory application, bearing I.A. No. 2969 of 2017, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Sanskrit Shikha Board to examine the claim of the petitioner and on verification, if it is found that statements made in para 8 and 9 of the interlocutory application are correct, the respondent Board is required to pass appropriate order in connection with the payment of salary to the petitioner. Final decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner must be taken by the respondents within a period of three months

Patna High Court CWJC No.14685 of 2012 dt.06-07-2018 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The Court hopes and trusts that after verification of the Board, the necessary follow up action by the District Education Officer, Nalanda must be taken for regular payment of salary (current as well as arrears) to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State submits that after the decision of the Sanskrit Shkisha Board, the District Education Officer, Nalanda will do the needful within the time frame indicated by this Court.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
