The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant was robbed Rs.24,000/-, gold rings, two ATM cards and Zylo motorcycle. Immediately after the occurrence the petitioner was apprehended and from whom Zylo motorcycle was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not put on TIP and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition. Co-accused Subodh Sah has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4264 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 17091 of 2015 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12966 of 2015 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Banka in connection with Katoriya P.S.
