JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Two vehicles were proceeding one after another, driver of both the vehicles sped seeing the police, out of which, one of the vehicles succeeded in disappearance while the occupant of other vehicle ran away after parking the same, out of whom, petitioner was apprehended. Furthermore, on search, 2200 litres of sprit was found kept in the vehicle. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 15.04.2017, having clean antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Kuber Tiwary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Masrakh P. S. Case No.102 of 2017.
