2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 67 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 324, 329, 506 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56100 of 2023(2) dt.14-09-2023 2/2 withdrawn.
6. However, if petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that the petitioners have already been granted anticipatory bail, but they could not furnish their bail bonds before the learned Court below within the stipulated period as they were working outside the State.
