This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S.Case No.26 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the grand daughter of the informant as well as son-in-law and his grand daughter succumbed to the injured.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody for about four months.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27848 of 2017 (3) dt.18-07-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, as such his prayer for bail is rejected.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
