Heard.

The writ application seeks a direction upon the respondent-Bank to forbear from freezing the saving bank account of the petitioner and/or from deducting any amount therefrom. In paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit of the respondent-

Patna High Court CWJC No.18073 of 2011 (3) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 Bank, it has been stated that the saving bank account of the petitioner has now been defreezed. In paragraph 9 thereof it has been categorically shown that nothing has been deducted from the saving bank account of the petitioner. On the strength of the aforesaid statements, in my view, it has been rightly stated that the application has become infructuous.

The application is dismissed as such.
