After having perused the order and the rationale and reasoning given therein, the order as such does not require any interference. However, one aspect of the matter, urged at the bar on behalf of the petitioner, is that the place where she has been posted, two persons are already there, who are junior to her and placed at higher responsibility and she is being made to work under them. Let the Principal Secretary, Heath, Government of Bihar, consider this matter and if it is so, some kind of shifting or transfer of the petitioner may be effected so that her seniority and vanity both are maintained.
