The petitioner is accused in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016, registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice vide orders dated 12.07.2016 and 09.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19493 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 47509 of 2016 by this Court. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.02.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, the petitioner above named, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27734 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
