1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and direction the respondents to make payment of arrears of Revision of salaries dearness allowance, difference of pay in 1st A.C.P. and difference of benefits of 2nd A.C.P. and other amounts total Rs.5,90,170/- to the petitioner, a poor retired sweeper (Safai Mazdoor) from the office of Ward No.36 Bankipur Circle under the Executive Officer, Bankipur Circle. The respondent Executive Officer on 14.09.2022 vide

Patna High Court CWJC No.12132 of 2023(3) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 letter no.2400 after examining the claim and verifying, has accorded permission for payment of aforesaid amount of Rs.5,90,170/-.

Even after request made by petitioner to respondent Municipal Commissioner on 14.12.2022, the payment has not been made to the petitioner. She is in urgent need of money for her treatment and to meet other expenses.

(ii) Further for issuance of an appropriate direction to the respondents to make payment of suitable interest on aforesaid delayed payment."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that all the admitted outstanding dues has stood paid to the petitioner, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
