06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner was apprehended along with fifteen bottles of Indian origin foreign wine each containing 750 ml and for that, happens to be under custody since 20.03.2017 having no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Vikash Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No.71/2017.
