The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted. Petitioner has antecedent of one case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of one live cartridge from the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cartridge without gun is useless. It is, thus, submitted that the

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2021, chargesheet has been submitted in the case and considering the nature of allegation of recovery, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
