2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the erring Officers of Revenue Department for willful violation of order dated 30.04.2024 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 10249/2023 in as much an in spite of the order of this Hon'ble court for early disposal of land settlement case No.

Patna High Court MJC No.2594 of 2025(5) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 1/2015-16 the same has not been disposed of till date.

3. Pursuant to the last order, the show cause has come annexing the order passed by the Additional Collector, Katihar on 26.12.2025 by which the Jamabandi has been canceled.

4. The order has been passed vide memo no. 1294 dated 26.12.2025.
