JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-08-2018 In view of para-10 of the counter affidavit there is not need to decide the writ application. However, liberty shall be granted to the petitioner to approach the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran who shall inquire into the matter in terms of para-10 of the counter affidavit and pass appropriate order on the claim of the parties for appointment of the petitioner on the compassionate ground.

Final decision in this regard may be taken by the
