The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Piprahi P.S.Case No. 152 of 2017 registered under Sections 365 and 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she has not made any allegation of forceful abduction against the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Incharge Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with
