The petitioner seeks bail in Natwar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on secret information that some miscreants have assembled to commit some crime a raid was conducted. It is alleged that this petitioner fled away after seeing the police party and the local Chowkidar identified him in the torch light.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Only allegation against this petitioner is that he was seen fleeing away from the place of occurrence that too in the torch light. It is next submitted that because of criminal antecedent petitioner has been made accused in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65312 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2020.
